The song was recorded in Abbeylane Studios, Drogheda with the support of Danny Lamb from A Song, A City, a project who's aims are to create tools & opportunities of empowerment that connect, celebrate, and amplify the voices, stories and abilities of humans across the Local & Global Community of Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus and Disability.

It was originally recorded for the P.U.S.H Livestream ( People United for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus ) in 2020 but is now being released in its own right as a single with the support of A Song A City in Canada. The song tells of people's perceptions with disabilities, they shouldn't judge what people like Paul can do especially with how he looks or how his heart is..he is the same as everyone else. We are all human..
